Warranty Coverage - Materials & Workmanship

Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and design under normal use, excluding damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of new product(s) and is limited to the replacement of genuine Dee Zee products. Modification of any kind to Dee Zee products voids all warranty coverage. Warranty does not include electrical components, installation, cost of removal, labor, transportation costs, loss of use, inconvenience, or consequential damages.

Warranty Coverage – Component Parts

Operational items such as shocks, latches, keys, hinges, and wear items including, but not limited to, mud flaps, step pads, end caps, hardware, seals, etc. have a 1-Year Warranty. This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of genuine Dee Zee products. Warranty does not include electrical components, light bulb replacement, and cost of removal, installation, labor, transportation costs, and loss of use, inconvenience or consequential damages.

Warranty Coverage – Finish Protection

The finish of all Dee Zee products is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. Dee Zee products have a high-quality finish that must be cared for and maintained like any other exposed finish on the vehicle. Protect the finish with non-abrasive automotive wax (e.g. Pure Carnauba) on a regular basis. Applying soaps, polishes, or waxes that contain an abrasive compound may scratch the finish and leave the exposed material susceptible to corrosion.

Warranty Submission Procedure

All warranty claims will be initiated at the place of purchase. The original purchaser will be required to present the original sales receipt with purchase date shown and provide photographs of the defect.

In the event the originally purchased product style is no longer available, Dee Zee will warranty the defective part with a current equivalent.

Dee Zee DZ86930

This bed mat was purchased for a 2010 Ford F-150, regular cab 2WD, with 8' bed and fiberglass camper shell. The mat was placed over an existing Ford bed liner to provide additional impact resistance, and to reduce sliding associated with the loading and transport of large wood logs and rocks. The fit was exactly what it should have been, which, being fitted over the liner, provided some "edge-up" protection of the sidewalls/wheel wells. It is also much easier working on my knees positioning the load than the liner ever was. Excellent product, well worth the cost!

Best Ever

I've had many trucks with different bed liners. And this one fits very snug. Shock absorbing so that what I put in there stays in place and not rattling around and bouncing around in the bed. Cleans up very easy with a hose.

2020 Toyota Tundra 1794

Spent a lot of money on a very nice truck and wanted to keep it that way. I chose to have a lineX coating sprayed in the bed and it needed a little more so I purchased this mat. Great decision so far, working perfectly, looks great, quits things down and wears great. Still looks like new. Highly recommend!

Truck Bed Mat

This is the third Dee Zee bed mat I have purchased. I love these mats. They keep stuff from sliding around in the bed. These are also thicker than many others out there, so make sure you check these out!
