The traditional brake rotors and drums of DuraGo are made using multiple vane configurations and castings as well as the multi-stage Q.C. process to ensure they meet dimensional and weight specifications. The Titanium Series brake rotors feature a Titanium gray finish and corrosion-proof coating for elegant aesthetics and greater protection of the hat and edge. The company also offers electrophoretic brake rotors. Unlike painted brake rotors, they are immersed into a tank and coated by the electrophoretic deposition process, then rinsed and baked to harden. This results in a coating that is totally impervious to corrosion.
