With the high cost of fuel today, it’s worth your while to maximize every drop when you need higher levels of performance or economy for your turbodiesel truck. Factory engineers created your vehicle to operate under the extremes of a wide variety of conditions, but ultimately settled on one range of midrange settings to satisfy the everyday driving needs of most vehicle owners. Because those common denominator algorithms do not maximize any specific performance category, the EZ Performance Module adjusts factory settings to get the most out of your engine’s natural abilities. You’ll see a noticeable increase in horsepower during performance driving or towing, and an increase in fuel economy during every day driving. Underhood installation of the EZ Performance model is easy and comes with all instructions needed to install one connector to your vehicle’s MAP sensor and the other to the data link port. Some vehicle applications feature a toggle switch that runs inside the vehicle to select among settings for Economy, Performance, and Towing – otherwise, the selection is made manually on back of the EZ Performance model under the hood.
