    OEM Transmission Clutch Kit (01035) by EXEDY®Replace your failing OEM clutch with a new, OEM-quality EXEDY clutch assembly. EXEDY is a Tier 1 Supplier to Ford and GM, as well as 11 Japanese car manufacturers.

    Don't put up with a slipping, noisy clutch. Replace it with an EXEDY pressure plate and friction disc assembly and restore your clutch to factory-new operation. Because EXEDY manufactures millions of clutch components that are installed in new cars, they may very well have made the clutch that's given you excellent service until now. As an OEM supplier, EXEDY can tailor your replacement clutch to duplicate the performance of your original clutch, from the pedal feel to the long, carefree lifetime. By tailoring the pre-damping springs in the disc properly, EXEDY can remove gear rattle at idle.     Not Sure Yet
    The kit arrived early, and packed well. Everything looked great. That said, since the kit was installed the clutch has been dragging, creeping in first and second gear from a stop. When in the air, you can shift freely up to 4th gear without stalling the engine, without the clutch pedal. The Mazda dealership suggested that the pressure plate might be too weak to properly disengage (wrong plate, or low quality) the clutch plate. They were clear it might be something else however, though they think this is likely, so I do not quite know how to review this. After paying for the installation, I have not had enough money to have them pull it down to figure it out, so the car isn't drive-able.

    Perfect.
    Exactly what we were looking for! Packaging was pleasant in appearance. Foam fill for shipping really helps with heavy items and this wasn't going to move. All necessary components were in the box including alignment tool (we shaved a chamfer on the front 16th of an inch as it was extremely difficult to align into the included pilot bushing with a square edge), pressure plate, clutch disc, flywheel (lighter than stock by about 6lbs), and hydraulics. After install and bleeding, Clutch has a more firm pedal feel and grabs much better than stock. Great product from Exedy, right price from TRUCKiD! Thanks! RodModz.
