Expedition One® NF-22+FB-BB-BARE - Full Width Raw Front Winch HD Bumper with Brush Guard

I got this because I needed something sturdy that wouldn't crumple if I hit anything. Last time out my buddy's rig got stuck and the winch setup worked perfectly. I also like having the hi-lift jack points, it makes trail fixes so much easier. It's expensive but I won't need another bumper anytime soon.

I bought it for off roading. Bumper is tough, looks great and has held up through some rough trails. It's heavy-duty but doesn't make my FJ feel weighed down. It's got all the mounting points for lights and the winch fits perfectly.

I originally ordered this bumper for a customer of mine back on 01/10/2019. TRUCKiD's website claimed that it was in stock and would ship between 24-48 hours from the time of purchase (I have screenshots of this). After the first month of waiting I received an email from a customer support representative saying that the bumper was on back order and would be shipped out within two weeks from the date of that email. I contacted TRUCKiD and the manufacturer multiple times to follow up and check on the status of the order and every time I would call, the order would just keep getting pushed back. Unfortunately I couldn't just get the bumper from another site as this is the only aftermarket bumper that met my customer's specifications, and no other sites had any in stock. I understand fully that this isn't completely TRUCKiD's fault and that they can't control every aspect of this type of situation. But what they can control is the description and estimated ship dates of aftermarket parts on their own website. Parts like this need notation specifying the amount of time it could take to get this to the customer and do not show quantities on hand if in fact you do not have any on hand. I have had both good and bad experiences with TRUCKiD and this was by far the worst. I finally received the part on 05/15/2019... a little over 4 months more than the estimated ship date. And it was pushed back 4 separate times.

When I received the bumper it was well wrapped. I had purchased the bare metal options. The thickness is great, not your thin crap from other companies that charge the same and think everyone just wants the bumper for looks. This one definitely won't bend up if I hit a hog and or deer, if it does I hope they would freely replace it LoL. The only thing was the instructions, the pictures are in black and white, would be super to have color and would be even nicer a CD video but I havent installed it yet, but I'm sure it's not too difficult. Overall this is a very well built U.S.A born bumper. Thanks guys in Utah.
