Dual Pump Controller (FPE-CDPC) by Fleece Performance Engineering®. Cummins Dual Pump Controller for use with Fleece Performance 5.9L and 6.7L dual pump kits or other dual pump applications on a Cummins engine. 1 Year Limited Parts Warranty.

The stock CP4 is only capable of supporting up to ~500rwhp. A stock CP3 is capable of supporting 600+ rwhp in conjuction with the piezoelectric injectors. The reliable and proven PowerFlo 750 is capable of supporting nearly 850+ rwhp. The CP4 was introduced as a cost reduction to the LML platform since a smaller amount of fuel is required when running the more efficient piezoelectric injectors. Since it's introductions it has proven to be less reliable and less capable than the CP3 used in previous duramax platforms.

Warranty

Fleece Performance Engineering will provide for repairs or replacement, at its option, during the warranty period of each new product model listed below in accordance with the following terms, conditions, and limitations. This warranty applies to the new models set forth below and is provided to the original owner(s) of the product during the warranty period. The warranty covers repairs or replacement, at Fleece Performance Engineering’s option, to correct any malfunction resulting from defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Repairs or replacements will be performed using the method Fleece Performance Engineering determines most appropriate under the circumstances. The warranty period for all coverages shall begin on the date of purchase by the final end user.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXLUSIONS:

Defects and damage caused by failure to follow the recommendations of the maintenance schedule intervals applicable to the product are not covered under this warranty
Normal maintenance and wear components are the owner’s responsibility and is not covered under this warranty
Defects and damage caused by a service outlet that is not an Authorized Fleece Performance Engineering Dealer or service outlet are not covered under this warranty
Defects and damage caused by the use of parts that are not genuine Fleece Performance Engineering parts are not covered under this warranty
Defects and damage caused as the result of any of the following are not covered (Acts of God including, but not limited to: flood, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, riot, explosion, and anything other than defects in material or workmanship of Fleece Performance Engineering products)
Economic loss and extra expenses are not covered. Examples include but are not limited to: towing, inconvenience, storage, shipping, lost time, or travel
Labor and/or installation expenses associated with a repair are not covered under this warranty

Turbochargers carry a nontransferable, parts only replacement warranty. The warranty does not apply to any turbo that has been improperly stored or installed. This warranty does not apply to misapplication, improper operating conditions, accidents, or neglect. This warranty shall not apply to a turbo that has been improperly repaired, maintained and/or altered by the owner or his technician. Damage due to plugged oil return lines, thrust bushing/bearing damage due to excessive turbo speed, and/or insufficient/improper oil supply is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover a failure resulting from foreign objects (debris). However, in the event of a failure, Fleece Performance Engineering will inspect the turbo for damage and charge the consumer only for the cost of replacement parts required to repair the turbo assembly.

* Beginning with units manufactured on or after 11/19/2018 and S/N 35-25744. All turbos with an earlier date of manufacture or earlier serial number are covered under the original Limited Warranty of 12 Months, Unlimited Mileage.
