    Wrong Part, Not the Part Shown in Drawing.
    I ordered what was shown as part 9 in the exploded drawing. However I received part 12 in the exploded drawing. The part number on the box was what I ordered, but the exploded drawing was incorrect. A waste of money and time.

    Question:
    is this actually the lower outside part of the mirror? it has the same part number as the top piece. when I search it elsewhere that part number brings up only the top piece. I only need just the lower plastic cover on the front side of the mirror in a passenger side mirror.
