Hello, this hitch-mounted bike rack is intended to be used with a traditional trailer hitch. I cannot confirm if it will work with a 5th wheel.

Question:
I received the bike rack yesterday, and have assembled it. However, there is one part missing: one of the knobs, as the instructions refer to them, the black plastic parts which screw on to bolts to tighten the piece. The knob I am missing was supposed to be on one of the cradles. ( It is like a large plastic wingnut.) The other knobs were in the box; just one is missing, which makes it impossible to tighten the cradle, of course. Could you send me one knob as soon as possible - I am very much looking forward to using the bike rack. Also, is there a phone number I can call to talk to someone in person if necessary?
