Dual side opening system
The dual-side opening system permits you to open the roof box from either side. It makes mounting easier and allows you to load and unload cargo at the side of the vehicle that is most convenient. Plus, you can open both sides of the box with the same key. Dual side opening means you always have cargo access even when carrying other accessories on the roof bars, and if you should need to get to your gear while on the road, the dual side opening system allows safe, curb-side access whether driving on the left or right side of the road. The dual side opening feature adds versatility and ease of use to a range of cargo boxes already distinguished by attractive, durable finishes, central locking, and rigorous crash test certification.

Pre-drilling
The product innovation that G3 is noted for is exemplified by the system of pre-selected mounting holes in the base of the cargo box, which facilitates easy installation. With G3 there’s no need to have to drill holes yourself and risk injury or damage to the box or your vehicle. At the factory, G3 makes perforations in locations that provide optimal mounting and cargo box support. Just select the holes that are right for your cargo rack bars and use the supplied tool to punch out the hole plugs. Then attach your cargo box with the supplied mounts, which also don’t require tools for installation. The remaining perforations will remain weather-tight, so your cargo stays dry.

Warranty
Every G3 product is manufactured in their factory in Italy, where they can maintain the stringent quality standards necessary to produce the premium quality automotive accessories their customers expect.

Crash Tested
The entire G3 roof bar range (Open, Pacific, and Clop) has been ISO/PAS certified. All bars are tested with an impact force equal to 8G and weight that ranges from 110.23 lbs. (50 kg), for Pacific, to 165.35 lbs. (75 kg).
