Looks to Be As Original As You Need the Original as Otherwise in Cab Heating May Be Reduced

Comes with the seal!. good as the OE from RAM is extra for the seal! Also. lookes to be identical to the OEM.
Have not installed yet so time will tell but looks like it will work well.
