Warranty does not apply to wear items or parts which became defective due to improper installation, removal, repairs or diagnosis, negligence, mishandling, alteration, modification, or lack of maintenance, flood, accident, or fire. Jaguar Mufflers

The parts are what I wanted, but I wish they didn't use UPS for shipping . In Canada UPS is the last shipper we would use. I'm not go there!
