Warranty

Go Rhino® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims must be accompanied with the original invoice and photos of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean regularly and protect finish with regular applications of a nonabrasive polish that is compatible with the product’s finish.

This warranty covers the cost of the product only and does not include the cost of removal, installation of the product. This warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, misuse, mishandling, improper care, neglect, improper application and/or damage due to improper installation. This warranty provides a one-time replacement on workmanship if all of the above conditions are met.

Finish Warranty:

Limited lifetime on stainless steel products
5-year warranty on black powder coat products
5-year warranty on chrome products
3-year warranty on mounting bracket kits
This warranty does not cover exposed welds

Finish warranty covers peeling, flaking, or cracking. Washing all finishes regularly with car wash soap and rinsing well with water is the best method for maintaining the finish on your products. You must also protect the finish with nonabrasive automotive wax on a regular basis. The use of any compound which contains abrasives becomes a self-defeating exercise as the compound scratches the finish and opens it to corrosion. The use of harsh chemicals used to remove bugs and tar may also cause the finish to fail and should be avoided.

Bumper Saver

This is my second step, about a month ago I was rear ended, my truck was spared of any damages whatsoever not even a scratch the step was damaged, no big deal just bought a new one the car that hit me had significant damage.

Looks great however the anti rattle wedge is not however I improvised and made it work.

Oval Hitch Step (Black)

Good Product

Positive. This is the second 460b oval hitch step I have installed on my 2013 Ram. The first one saved my painted blue bumper from a big maple tree. Great product. I get a lot good comments from other truck owners, on this bumper.

Go Rhino Hitch Step

Very nice and attractive serves it purpose, easy to install although the "wedge" is not too helpful in that it vibrates loos, but step is still very sturdy and can support a large frame person, price very reasonable as compared to other places

Second One

This is my second one due to my first one saving my Durango when I was rear ended. It took all the momentum from the other car and just wrapped around my hitch. No damage to my car at all. Great product.

Hitch Step

Quality is amazing! It looks great, even the receiver insert is polished stainless. I'm going to get rid of my rusted bull bar and get one for my Avalanche too!
