    High Performance Street HPS Compound Front Brake Pads (HB103F.590) by Hawk®. These brake pads designed for an aggressive level of street driving with more repetitive, heavy braking. While these pads are made from Ferro-Carbon that was developed for racetrack applications, their formulation has been blended to provide a more progressive feel for the street. They provide 20 to 40% more braking power without causing higher wear on rotors the way racetrack formulated pads do. Designed to the precise tolerances of factory parts for proper fit and operation and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

    High Performance Street Brake Pads are designed to offer 20-40% more grip for performance vehicles that see aggressive street driving while maintaining gradual and progressive application that makes them easy to live with under normal conditions. They come designed for grip the minute you put them on your vehicle with a heat-scorched top layer to help the pads mate initially to new or worn brake rotor surfaces. Once the street pads have fully broken in, the grip they are known for is available at all times whether the brakes are cold on an icy morning or hot on a Friday night.

    The High Performance Street Brake Pads are made not from ceramic materials, but a Ferro-Carbon compound consisting of iron, carbon, and titanium that yields a higher level of friction naturally. They resist heat buildup that plagues OEM pads under heavy use, so there will be no need to compensate for reduced effectiveness after brake fluid gets hot enough to boil in the lines.     The price of the Pads is not bad at all, especially because of how good the quality is. Brakes perform very well even in hard braking.

    Hawk Brakes
    Had Hawk Performance Brake Pads on my car before and I was very pleased with how well they performed, especially in hard braking, they don't give out. I especially love the fact that they are low dust, the wheels and tires hardly get dirty from the brake dust, they get more dirty from the road dirt.

    Hawk HPS
    The hawk pads are a more aggressive pad for the street. They have more bite and will help slow the car better, but I have found that they produce more dust and wear faster. If you are looking for increase brake performance these pads are a great choice.

    Great Stopping Power, But The Dust.
    So I got these because I didn't see that they had rear pads for the Red Stuff. These do a great job so far on my car. I have cross drilled, slotted rotors and the stopping power is amazing. The only down side is the amount of dust that it puts on my rims. The dust does have to be removed quickly because if you keep driving the car it will bake the dust onto the rim. Not a good look. If you want to improve the stopping distance on your car I do recommend these pads but not to a point where I'm jumping for joy. Only due to the dust factor.

    Awesome Product, Great Stopping Power
    I installed these brake pads in the front and after noticing the difference I bought myself another pair for the rear. Now I have excellent braking power compare to the stock brake pads.

    Hawk HP Street Front Brake Pads
    I just had my Hawk pads installed on my 06 GTO along with new Baer decelarotors f/r. The improvement in braking power was instantaneous. The bite and reduced stopping distance provides confidence during high-speed driving. The GTO's stock brakes were good but this set up is great-real high-end performance stopping power.
