    Ultra-Cool™ Oil Cooler Kit (459) by Hayden®. Protect your vehicle and save on costly engine repairs with this product. With the Ultra-Cool™ Engine Oil Cooler Kit by Hayden, you will be able to reduce high oil temperatures, extending the lifespan of both oil and engine.

    An engine oil cooler is a separate, smaller radiator from the engine's main radiator that maintains oil supply at a consistent, optimal temperature. Proper oil temperature regulation is key to extending and preserving the life of your engine. Hayden offers you a quality Ultra-Cool™ engine oil cooler kit designed to keep oil temperatures in check. Hayden Ultra-Cool™ engine oil coolers are available in two designs: tube and fin and cross flow. In tube and fin style coolers, the oil circulates through cooler lines that take up the heat and release it into the fins. Cross flow oil coolers incorporate "oil turbulators" that assist oil cooling by deaerating the oil passing through the cooler. The product comes with all required hardware for ease of installation. With the Hayden Ultra-Cool™ engine oil cooler kit, you will provide your engine with extra protection against oil degradation.

    Lotus 7 Oil Cooler
    I bought this product based on its specifications, form, appearance, mounting method, and a confidence in an old brand name. The ordering, shipping, and receiving of the item all went very well. The cooler arrived in excellent condition and appears to meet all the criteria I have for its use. It fits where I need it to fit, in the way it needs to fit, and right now is temporarily covered in cardboard to protect it while I get it and the engine coolant radiator positioned and fabricate the permanent mounts for both. Once I have it mounted, plumbed, and the engine running I will update this to reflect my experiences, and again once the race car has had some track time and I have collected some data from those runs. So far, very pleased.

    Great Product
    A solid product all the way through. Wish they would include more hose but it is my understanding that this stuff is over $2 a foot and I needed about 12 feet to make this setup work properly. Great doing business with Hayden.
