Iconic Accessories® guarantees all products to be 100% free from any manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship. This warranty covers the cost of the product only and does not include the cost of removal, installation, other labor, or shipping of the product. This warranty is intended for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. This warranty does not cover any damage sustained during normal use of the product. Any abuse and/or misuse of the product voids this manufacturer warranty. Abuse and/or misuse includes (but is not limited to) improper installation or removal of the product, modifications to the product, using the product other than its intended/directed use, neglect or improper care, etc. Accidents or collisions, damage from debris or other road or off-road hazards, and all other acts of nature are not covered under this warranty. Iconic Accessories® is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damage as a result of product damage or defect. Loss of use, lost profits, inconvenience, or injury is also not covered under this warranty. This warranty provides a one-time replacement on workmanship when the above conditions are met.

Iconic Exterior Accessories have a high-quality finish that must be cared for like any other exposed finish on the vehicle. Protect the finish with a non-abrasive automotive wax, (e.g. Pure Carnauba or silicone polish) on a regular basis. Abrasive cleaners, waxes, polishes, and cleaning tools are harmful as they scratch the finish and open it to corrosion. Use of abrasive cleaners/polishes constitutes improper care. Road salt and other ice melt protects are highly corrosive. Should your Iconic Accessories item be exposed to these substances, they should be properly cleaned right away. Failure to clean properly constitutes neglect.

The warranty time period for Iconic products is as follows:

Black Powder Coat Finish Steps, Bars, and Grill Guards: 3 years from original date of purchase
Stainless Steel Steps, Bars, and Grill Guards: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Winches: Mechanical Components – 3 years from original date of purchase
Winches: Electrical Components – 1 year from original date of purchase.
All Other Products – 1 year from original date of purchase

If the warranty claim meets the terms of this warranty and is deemed valid, Iconic Accessories® will provide a new replacement product identical to the original item without defect. If the original product purchased has since been discontinued, Iconic Accessories®, at its sole discretion, will replace with the current version or issue a refund of the original product purchase amount. Iconic Accessories® reserves the right to change any materials used or product design without notice and without obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify items previously purchased.
