Limited Lifetime Warranty
This limited lifetime warranty covers all Inno products sold in the U.S.A. It is effective only if the original retail purchaser still owns the product.
If a defect attributable to Inno is found in Inno's inspection of the product, Inno will, at its option, repair the product, replace the product with the same product or an equivalent product, or refund the price.
This warranty does not cover: problems (including, but not limited to, scratches and other surface abrasions occurring in normal use) that do not affect product functional performance, problems caused by accidents or collisions, damage caused by a third party, or products that have been modified.
In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Inno's control, including, but not limited to, theft, overloading, and uses or assembly not in accordance with the points in the instruction manual.
Damage or injury to the purchaser or to his or her vehicle, cargo, or property and damage or injury to any other person or property are not covered by this warranty.
Inno's liability is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Inno be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other naturally caused damages or other damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits and lost sales).
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.
