Limited Lifetime Warranty

This limited lifetime warranty covers all Inno products sold in the U.S.A. It is effective only if the original retail purchaser still owns the product.

If a defect attributable to Inno is found in Inno's inspection of the product, Inno will, at its option, repair the product, replace the product with the same product or an equivalent product, or refund the price.

This warranty does not cover: problems (including, but not limited to, scratches and other surface abrasions occurring in normal use) that do not affect product functional performance, problems caused by accidents or collisions, damage caused by a third party, or products that have been modified.

In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Inno's control, including, but not limited to, theft, overloading, and uses or assembly not in accordance with the points in the instruction manual.

Damage or injury to the purchaser or to his or her vehicle, cargo, or property and damage or injury to any other person or property are not covered by this warranty.

Inno's liability is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Inno be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other naturally caused damages or other damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits and lost sales). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.

INNO INH120

I have just assembled the rack and installed it on the vehicle - no issues. The rack is solid, well engineered and it is a perfect fit for my 2010 Q5 Audi. Bike installation is quick and easy. I can't wait to test it on the road.

Inno 2 Bike Hitch Mount Rack Is Solid

I have used the Inno rack several times including driving on the freeway. I have not needed to adjust the snugness adjustment. I brought this model and brand for several reasons. I wanted to have a solid rack for a cross county trip. I wanted to be able to tilt away to access the back of my suv and I wanted to be able to secure bike to the rack for stops. Ease of loading and confidence with the latching arms to secure the bikes are two other reasons I choose this type of bike rack. It was very easy to assemble. Minor issues for me are I wish the security cable was a little longer; it is not easy to secure two bikes and have enough length unless done just right. It is also a little difficult to put the lock knob back on and lock without getting on the ground to have a visual. The Inno rack is about $200 to $300 cheaper than the comparable Thule and Saris racks.
