Custom Autosound KCHV-68/2A Kick Panels
These speaker kick panels used to fit great. The current production is made of cheaper, more brittle plastic, and the long body trim which covers the metal front door jambs on the door opening do not fit; then are too short and too thin to provide the factory coverage. Appalling loss of quality from previous CA product. The question is why? Saving a few pennies from in inferior quality supplier? Shameful- do not buy these! Last, I ordered these with Pioneer 160 Watt Speakers and they came with cheap no-name 100 watt speakers. Custom Autosound used to produce great products. Sad.

Kick Panels
The kick panels installed easy enough with some modification to the passenger side to allow for AC lines. But that was a none specification. The driver side, well, some caution was expressed that the emergency brake pedal may interfere with the kick panel. It does. But a small modification to the location of the attachment of the E brake pedal assembly by sliding it over a small bit should give clearance for the E brake pedal. The concern I have now is, with the former stated, it appears that the depth needed for the 5" speaker isn't there without further intrusion of into the E brake pedal space.
