Product Details
Rock Crawler Series™ 409 SS Cat-Back Exhaust System with Single Rear Exit by MagnaFlow®. Exhaust System Type: Cat-Back. Exhaust Tubing Material: 409 SS. Main Tubing Diameter: 2.5". The Rock Crawler Exhausts designed to fit with aftermarket bumpers, MagnaFlow high clearance design for off-road rock crawlers melds quality with durability. Mandrel-bent tubing and a perforated steel core boost exhaust flow and the parts are dyno proven to produce maximum power.
Installation
The stainless steel pipes in a MagnaFlow System are mandrel bent, keeping their shape through the bends to avoid obstructions to the gas flow. The gases are led into the free-flow mufflers with smooth necks and a straight-through, perforated stainless steel tuning pipe. The pipe is wrapped in a stainless mesh wrap and surrounded by tightly packed acoustical fiber in a lap-joint welded stainless steel body. The muffler is finely tuned to dampen irritating pitch notes and to deliver that roaring race engine tone that is so characteristic of MagnaFlow competition exhausts. The quality materials and the tight packing of the acoustical material ensure long life and no sound degradation over time.
