Level Lowering
This is the second Tahoe I have lowered with this kit (can't stand the high-rise rear end). It works great and looks like the Tahoe should look. Very satisfied.

2x4 Drop Kit
The kit fit perfect; no problems. The look and ride is what I was after. And my truck handles great. Your product is very good. I've had it installed now almost 3weeks, and I am very pleased.

Better than Stock
This the third kit that I've purchased for my clients. These kits have been installed on 2010 thru 2016 Chevy Tahoe. They fit just as advertised, my personal opinion is that it rides better than stock with an aggressive look. Overall installation time of 3 hours if you're a mechanic.

First Bad Experience
Having made a couple orders prior to this, I have never had an issue. In fact on a prior order customer service went above and beyond to make a sale to earn my business. With this order, it was a different story. Not sure who is at fault, TRUCKiD or the manufacturer that shipped the order. I wanted to level out the rear of my 2015 Cadillac Escalade. I ordered the kit and it was shipped and arrived in a very timely fashion. The following Saturday morning I proceeded to prep the truck for the installation. I then found out that the shock relocation brackets were wrong. I did not contact TRUCKiD, but rather found a local shop that was an authorized dealer for the parts I had ordered. Thankfully they had the correct brackets in stock and were able to do a straight swap for me. The only thing it cost me was the loss of a few hours on my first attempt to install them. In the end the truck looks amazing! Straight forward install, but wish the instructions were more vehicle specific. The auto-level bars don't unscrew (like the instructions say) but pull apart with a lot of force. FYI, the brackets pictured were the ones I needed, not the ones I got.

My Review
This product did exactly what it said it would, unlike the previous product, but TRUCKiD did well for replacement when it was necessary.
