    Installation

    MBRP® - Performance Series™ Aluminized Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System Installation Instructions

    Choose a pure off-road (that means not legal for street use) system that replaces your entire stock exhaust system from the turbocharger outlet flange to the rear fender. With no catalytic converter and only a small, straight-through muffler, it's got plenty of bark. If you need to keep your truck emissions-and street-legal, then MBRP has your number: a system that replaces the factory downpipe with a less restrictive one, utilizes the stock catalytic converter and routes from there to the wheel well through large-diameter, mandrel-bent pipes for minimum backpressure. Or make your life simpler with a system that simply connects to the back of the cat, making installation a fifteen-minute affair, and still gives you that authoritative exhaust note.

    Just What Is Pictured
    Let's get this straight, this is a DPF back system & it will not give you a deeper sound or any more HP. It does however bolt together quite seamlessly on my 2015 Ram 2500 Crew Cab. Great quality exhaust & tips. Instructions were ok.

    Best Decision Ever!!
    When I got my car at first I just threw on a universal muffler and that’s it.. years later I’ve been looking for more style.. and this caught my eye.. ordered it and it got here a week earlier then expected and I dropped it off at my local exhaust shop.. wow it looks 10 out of 10 and the boost in power is no joke.. you definitely feel a difference. So definitely BEST DECISION EVER!!

    Solid Upgrade
    Threw this cat-back on my '18 chrysler 300 - car sounds deep, no rasp. I can also feel the extra pull when I hit it. Installation was smooth.

    Nicely Built But Loud
    This exhaust is very well built and installs quite easily in the truck. The only issue is the volume. It was marked as medium for noise but this is way louder in the vehicle than the stock Nissan system. The Nissan system is quite loud under throttle but this exhaust "drones" very loudly at travel speed. If you are looking to find something less loud then a system like the Magnaflow, this is not it. If you are looking for a great replacement that is well built and would like a louder system, I would recommend this all day long.

    Exhaust
    Exhaust is good and easy to install only reasoning for giving 3 stars is due to advertised black when ordered when arrived exhaust was not black. Still good exhaust just be careful if you are wanting black it may not arrive black

    Loud and Fun
    I bought this for my son's car as a birthday gift and he is ecstatic at how great it sounds. It's the perfect upgrade that gets you that good exhaust rumble without being offensive to your neighbors.

    MBRP Performance Series
    Installed the MBRP exhaust system on my 2017 tundra i was impressed on how it fit i had to make no changes on my syster it took me a while but then i'm 72 years old work out doors .so to me it was quite easy. it was rugged and sounds great not a cake but just a mellow sound. My hat goes off to the husband and wife who make this system. Nice product thanks

    Sounds Mean!
    Definitely made my Silverado sound mean. The clamps provided don't quiet seal the exhaust so I have some leaks that I purchased other clamps to take care of. Overall it fits great and installs within an hour, and that was me doing it on the shop floor with jackstands. The clamps needed to hold the exhaust to the converter was rusted so I replaced it and have no issues with it. It has a slight incab drone but not to bad.
