Not going to lie, I was so scared after I ordered whether I was going to receive the product or not after reading all the reviews. Like I couldn't sleep at night until I received them. TRUCKiD actually told me they're going to show up on a Wednesday when the trucking company was trying to deliver them that Monday. (two days earlier). All in all I was so wrong judging them by their reviews. I will order again from them. Great product. Fast shipping. Great price.

I bought these for my 2016 Ram 2500. From the time I ordered until arrival only took a day and a half (for people living in Pa.) so I was very thrilled with that. As for price, I searched around for a few weeks trying to find the cheapest set of durable steps. These were the ones with the best price and still a known name brand. They've been on the truck for a little over 2 weeks and I'm still pleased with them. While mounting, I didn't follow the directions to drill the extra hole, but that has yet to make any difference in functionality. The only complaint I have is a personal one for me. I sometimes miss the step and aim for the bar up against the rocker out of habit. Getting out takes some thinking too, but it's easy to get used to. I would definitely recommend these, especially if you take forever to decide like me. Biggest plus is they look great. On the ground I thought they would be too big, but after a day or so I'm loving the look.

The steps arrived undamaged wrapped in foam and plastic in a factory cardboard box. Careful with the staples used to secure the box! The instructions are mostly well written and illustrated. I'm only moderately mechanically inclined and was able to install both sides in about 75 minutes. The only challenge solution to the install are 1) the requirement to drill a large hole for the middle support and 2) the need for a second pair of hands for supporting the ends of the steps as they are bolted into place. I was disappointed when I realized drilling was going to be required. Several reviews and advertisements said thelse steps attached to factory fittings and required no modifications. Additionally, the area where drilling is required is pretty cramped between the frame, body, and an interior cargo tub that extends below the cab. I could not fit a traditional drill in the space and had to use a more compact cordless impact wrench that fit a hex-base drill bit set. Once these large holes are drilled, the jobs becomes a simple bolt on procedure using the included clips and bolts. Of note, one of my bolts had a fouled thread rendering it unusable. A quick call to N-Fab resulted in them happily sending me an entire additional hardware package. Lifting, supporting, and aligning the steps to bolt them on is made much easier with someone helping you. They aren't too heavy, so my wife made an excellent garage assistant. Once in place, the side steps look great. They seem very secure with just a slight flex when my 215lb weight steps on the rail. Also, I highly recommend the textured finish for both durability and looks. It reminds me of a bed lining material like Line-X but with a smoother finish. It's a great match for my Laramie with the Sport Appearance package. I would not hesitate to recommend these steps or TRUCKiD to my friends and family.

Super easy to install, less than 30 minutes. Only needed to drill 1 hole each side and it was easy. Great functional steps that allow all passengers ease of entry and the bed step is very useful. Good quality step bars and, in my opinion, is much better looking than other types of nerf bars. I wish i could add a photo. The actual step platform is steel, not some rubber or plastic insert that would need replaced after time. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking to add nerf steps to their truck!

This product is awesome, best money I've spent. My wife loves that she can actually get in her truck now without having to use her step stool.

The nerf bars are clean to the frame in looks but, the brackets don’t line up well and are warped. After you tighten them down they do flush up some. The bars I received were a not straight and one bracket is lowered than the split seam. The shipping box was in perfect shape and the packing was very secure. I lined every thing up the best possible before tightening everything down. All in all not bad bars but the quality could be better and it would have been nice to have instructions in the box instead of having to search the website to find the installation instructions. Those instructions are not that good either.

My Tundra sits high and these steps make getting in and out way easier. I've stood on them to load the roof a few times and no flex at all. Super sturdy. The black finish matches my truck's trim perfectly.
