Each cap is manufactured in injection molded plastic, covered with a leather grain vinyl material and finished with a brushed aluminum and black accent piece that is stamped with a gold Bow Tie in the center of the cap. Officially licensed by General Motors. Replaces GM part #'s 9761175, 17987489. Fits GM part # 9762199 steering wheel.
