Starter Drive by Omix-ADA®. Direct Fit. The starter is an electric motor that turns the crankshaft when the engine is started. When the ignition key is turned, power goes to the starter solenoid, causing the starter drive to engage the flywheel ring gear, turning over the engine. If testing proves that you need a new starter or starter parts, Omix-ADA has the OE quality parts that are designed for your Jeep.
If you hear nothing or just a click when you turn the ignition key, you may have a starter problem.
