Oracle reserves the right to inspect, test, and diagnose the defective part to see if the defect was due to factory error or customer negligence. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation. Oracle warrants the hardware for the lifetime of the vehicle the product is properly installed in. The warranty is not transferable and is only subject to the vehicle the equipment is originally installed in. If the product is removed, uninstalled, transfers ownership, or is otherwise parted from its original installation, warranty becomes void.

Oracle will repair or replace the hardware found not to operate in accordance with the hardware specifications, so long as the customer has properly operated the hardware and used it in conformance with such specifications. All replaced products and parts, whether under warranty or not, become the property of Oracle.

Note: Removing the 3M adhesive backing from a halo/halo kit will void the warranty.

Installation

As with any product that deals with electronics, Oracle recommends that the parts are installed by a trained professional. Trained professionals are defined as any certified ASE mechanic or trained automotive Technician certified in car stereo or alarm installation. Oracle will not be responsible for any damage to a customer's vehicle. Any damage done to said vehicle is the responsibility of the technician who installs the product and he/she should be notified of this by the customer before installation takes place.

Easy to connect and control with remote just wished it had a receiver for the signal from remote like on your 2.0 controller that you could place on dashboard/windshield so that you don't have to point it straight to actual controller and control it from outside of vehicle.

Twinkling & Blinking!

This was a great purchase, my Jeep never looked better with multicolor halos pulsing to the beats of my stereo! Installation was straightforward and a breeze. My only qualm was I wish it would have come with longer wires on the headlights. Had plenty of wire for mounting the music controller in the engine bay but I needed to mount mine inside the cab as the remote is direct line of sight, other than that very satisfied with these products!

Now I'm Satisfied

Perfect addition to the SMD halos. Headlights work great with them together. Had some installation problems, so I had to call in with a lot of questions about the wifi connection. The tech guy on the other end was very patient and helpful. He provided me with the links to the demo showing how to wire everything in a proper way. Thank to customer service proper work, I have a great product at the fair price!
