All stages of product design take place in-house, from idea to manufacture. All parts go through mechanical and software design stages, with modeling, CAM, 2D/3D kinematics and dynamics design, complete performance and system analysis, and Fortran programming. All Pacbrake exhaust brake components, as well as Pacbrake air suspension kits and other parts, are tested as probably no other product – apart from high temperature and corrosion, they undergo vibration and environmental testing.
