I received my new wheels and tires with these installed. What do I have to do to set them up, anything, or does the truck automatically pick them up?

PDQ® - Multi-Protocol Programmable TPMS Sensor with OE Black Finish Metal Valve Stem
Hello I purchased this product along with a set of wheels almost a year ago. One of the TPMS sensors with OE Black Finish Metal Value Stem seems to be leaking causing the tire to lose air . I took the tire to a local tire retailer. They said they adjusted the torque on the TPMS sensor. However, after a driving my car for one day, I am having the same problem again (my tire going flat).
Does this sound like a faulty TPMS sensor? I have been driving with these sensors and wheels for almost one year and I have not had any problems until now. I am taking the tire to a auto repair shop again to see if they diagnose and fix this issue.
Does this manufacturer offer a replacement under the warranty?
What suggestions or advice do you have?
