Low VOC Formula Gasket Remover by Permatex®, 4 oz. Power Can with Brush-Tip Nozzle. This low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) product allows easy removal of gaskets and gasket residue from any type of metal or plastic housing without damaging flanged surfaces. Its fast-foaming formulation penetrates the most stubborn or baked-on gaskets in 15-20 minutes. Not recommended for use on silicone gaskets.
The Low VOC Formula Gasket Remover by Permatex is a non-chlorinated, non-brominated aerosol product designed to take off even the most hard-to-remove gaskets from small, difficult-to-reach areas in just 15-20 minutes. It is a safe alternative to harsh solvents found in today’s standard gasket removing substances. The product will also remove gaskets from aluminum without scraping, chemical formed-in-place gaskets, and baked-on gaskets and gasket cements. This gasket remover has a built-in brush-tip nozzle for easy application and scrubbing on intricate surfaces. Please note that this product is not recommended for use on silicone gasket residue.
