LED Limited Lifetime Warranty
LED lights manufactured by Peterson Manufacturing Company ("the manufacturer") and sold under the PM LED, LumenX ®, Great White ® and Piranha ® brands are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original installation of the product for as long as the original consumer owns the vehicle (lifetime). This warranty is subject to Conditions and Exclusions as noted below.
Piranha®/Defender® LED 10-Year Limited Corrosion Warranty
PM LED ® and LumenX ® Brand LED lights manufactured by Peterson Manufacturing Company ("the manufacturer") and installed as a component part of the Peterson ®/Maxi-Seal ® Defender ® brand Harness and Lighting System are warranted to the original purchaser against corrosion damage caused by the failure of the light or wiring harness for a period of ten (10) years from the date of shipment. This Limited Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original installation of the product. This warranty is subject to Conditions and Exclusions as noted below.
LED Three-Year Limited Warranty
LED lights manufactured by Peterson Manufacturing Company ("the manufacturer") that are listed herein are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment:
- LED headlights
- Non-LumenX LED work lights
- 215 Series clearance/marker lights
- Tunnel Lights™
This warranty is subject to Conditions and Exclusions as noted below.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Incandescent, halogen and xenon lights and related accessories manufactured by Peterson Manufacturing Company ("the manufacturer") are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and/or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. This warranty is subject to Conditions and Exclusions as noted below.

Conditions
Warranty claims require examination of the unserviceable part(s) by the manufacturer. Refund, acceptance, return, or exchange of unserviceable parts by other parties does not constitute a determination on behalf of the manufacturer that such part is deemed warrantable. This warranty allows only for repair or replacement of the defective part, or refund of the purchase price, at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. The manufacturer makes no warranty regarding the fitness of its products for any particular purpose. The manufacturer is not liable for other incidental or consequential damages.
Exclusions
Any of the above warranties shall be null and void if any one of or combination of these exclusions apply:
- Failure to install, operate, and maintain the product in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and standard industry practices.
- The product is damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or exposure to incompatible cleaners or solvents.
- Product failure is caused by the defect or malfunction of equipment or component(s) from a source other than the manufacturer.
- Product failure is caused by severe applications including (but not limited to) buses, off-road, and construction vehicles.
- Product failure is caused by corrosive chemicals including acid washes and highway snow and ice chemicals.
- Product failure is caused by connector failure and/or water penetration due to (but not limited to) cracked housing, cracked lens, wire wicking, or corrosion.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state and country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
