R1 Concepts Inc. is not responsible for any damage, consequential or otherwise, for equipment failure or mal-performance after installation. Under no circumstances is R1 Concepts liable for labor charges or loss of use.

This covers any products that are structurally compromised or weakened because of structural failure.
