Features
7 Fine Tuning Mappings
The GTS is supplied with the right map for your engine. 7 fine tuning mappings (selectable by Digital User Interface) allow you to choose a map to suit your mood or the engine characteristics.
Up to 20% Fuel Savings
The GTS increases the torque available and efficiency at the given engine speed. Therefore a higher gear can be selected, less gear-changing is necessary in general, and fuel is used more efficiently. Fuel consumption can be cut by up to 15% as a result.
Re-Programming
1x re-programming included if you change your car.
Warm-Up Timer
GTS Black activates only when the engine has reached operating temperature, meaning extra protection.
Safe Engine Warranty
RaceChip products comprise an engine warranty of up to 2 years, which covers all relevant engine components. Moreover, the manufacturer’s engine hardware remains unaltered.
All Power Reserves Activated
Uses software to get the best performance out of the hardware (engine). RaceChip utilizes power reserves smart and efficiently and can’t be outperformed by remapping in most dimensions.

Fine-Tuning Also After Installation

Easy Reset to Factory Setting
Easy removal within a few minutes (e.g. before a service) in order to reset the car to the factory setting. RaceChip's tuning can’t be overwritten during a service. It can be reprogrammed and transferred to another car.

Installation
Fine tuning makes the difference!
Even nominally identitical engines often perform slightly differently. This can be down to manufacturing tolerances, the number of kilometres covered or the quality of the fuel. So that your RaceChip works perfectly with the engine in your car, they have developed fine tuning mappings. They mean that you can fine tune your GTS or GTS Black to match your engine's performance and characteristics perfectly. The app control feature lets you download the pre-programmed settings right from RaceChip servers.
More performance via smartphone
The Race Chip app lets you set up your car as you want; just select the tuning stage from your smartphone. The app can also deactivate the RaceChip, returning the car to stock tune.
3 distinct performance modes
Use the RaceChip app to choose between 3 tuning modes; Efficiency for saving fuel in urban traffic, Sport for improved mid-range flexibility on open roads, Race for maximum performance.
Adjustable warm-up timer
It's better for the engine if it is allowed to warm up properly before being asked to deliver maximum performance. The warm-up timer puts the upgraded performance on tap only after the engine has reached working temperature, reducing wear.
Individual fine tuning mappings
The GTS comes from the factory with the right map for your engine. Should this initial configuration not meet your expectations, RaceChip customer service is able to further adapt the settings of the 3 distinct driving modes Efficiency, Sport and Race to the performance characteristics of your engine. The new parameters will then simply be transferred from the app to your RaceChip.
Automatic updates
The RaceChip app means you can download the lastest version of RaceChip optimisation software. The app installs it on the RaceChip automatically.
Advanced service features
The RaceChip app and RaceChip service features allow RaceChip to re-calibrate the fine tuning mappings according to your wishes and even to change the optimisation software completely if necessary. The changes are all transmitted by the app to your RaceChip.
Integration with RaceChip XLR
Combine chiptuning and throttle tuning to maximise driving enjoyment. Both devices can be controlled from the app.
