This warrants the product, if properly installed per provided instructions, to be free from material and workmanship defects and is not transferable from the original purchaser.

During the applicable warranty period listed above, Rampage will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge. If a specific product has been discontinued, Rampage may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value.

These warranties do not cover any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Sturdy Seat Cover

It's definitely kid-proof, which is why I needed them. I like the side pockets on the bottom portion. I had to rig the bottom piece to secure it but that's because I only used the bottom portion since I didn't want to lose the pouches on the back of the seat. I had to rig the bottom piece to secure it but overall-it looks nice and is holding up, in spite of the 9 year olds feet!
