Recon® 264343CLHPWH - Front and Rear Black LED Cab Roof Lights

I loved these replacement cab lights. My truck sits in the sun for 75% of the day. I installed these in March and the lens housing, which was clear, were yellow by June. I live in TX and there is a lot of sun here in the summers, but yellowing in less than 6 months is not acceptable. I tried to warranty them, but it was beyond the 90 day period.

Looks great, easy plug and play. Will say it should come with a template to show where to drill.

We bought these lights for an LED upgrade on a 06 Silverado. They were an exact match to the old cab lights on the truck, as even the screw holes matched up. Made for a very easy install.

Exactly what I was hoping for! Installation was quite comprehensive, but the instructions and the installation videos were very helpful. Just take your time and you will get it. Installed on a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 and they look amazing!

Appearance very nice, but they're not worth looking at if they stop working after 5 minutes. Poor quality. Had to repurchase and install factory lamps. No concerns afterward.

Easy to install and the overall look is great. Two weeks after installing I noticed water dripping from the visor clips. There is a gap between the truck and each light all the way around as they are smaller than the originals. I’ve attempted to fix the issue with black silicone and hope it fixes the problem.

I removed the OEM orange lights and installed these. The techs at the dealership were no help in telling me how to do that either. These lights look great! They compliment the HID lights perfectly. Why have orange when you can have pure white. You don’t have to drop the headliner like the Ford guys think either. I removed the screw, cut off and shaved down a plastic butter knife which unused to shimmy under the factory light to hit the clip to remove it. (Once you look at the bottom of this light you will understand that better). Lift towards the front of the truck once you disengage the clip on the back of the light. After removing the first one, the rest was easy. I should have did a you tube video. All said, you can remove/replace your factory lights with these and they look amazing. I totally recommend them. I may buy a second set so I have spares in case a rock or something cracks one.

These are excellent quality which is why I only use this brand. They are not black as they appear. It says black housing but it's definitely amber colored housing when you look at them. Don't go with this one if you want "black" cab lights. That was the only issue. I returned them and got definitely black.

New white LED lights look much better than my stock amber ones did. Ordered thinking they were plug and play, they weren't. Tore truck apart on a Saturday, called that day with the issue, didn't receive feedback from technical support until the following Wednesday afternoon, which included: "We have checked on the issue with the manufacturer of the product. Recon stated the connector is different on the Recon plug than what is on your factory plug. It will need to be hardwired. You can cut the plug and splice positive to positive and ground to ground." If you are expecting plug and play with the factory wiring, these will not work. However, hard wiring was not too bad (just glad I did it on Saturday when I had open holes in the cab of my truck, rather than waiting for them to tell me that was my only option four days later). They do look good though.
