Mirror Good, Motor Noisy
While the mirror's visibility is excellent, the motor makes a loud noise when adjusting.

Looks and Works Like the Original

Replacement Mirror Just Like the Original
The replacement mirror showed up when I was told. It installed easily, and has operated just as the original. Can't tell any difference between the replacement and the original on the other side of the truck.
