    Customer service was excellent. I ordered a driver side mirror. The first shipment was not correct as I requested. The second shipment was half correct. The outer shell casing should have been all mate finish. I received the second shipment, but the top half was a smooth. The bottom half was a mate finish. Needless to say, the driver side and passenger side do not match.

    Like It Was Never Broken
    So, my Silverado's mirror got clipped, and I thought it'd be a nightmare to replace. Found this mirror, and it was a game-changer.
