    Mirror Adjustment Issue
    The mirror's adjustment mechanism malfunctioned during a long drive, causing some inconvenience. Got it fixed, but expected better quality control.

    Decent but Could Improve
    It’s a solid mirror but the adjustment controls feel a bit flimsy, not what I expected for the price.

    Trouble in Snowy Conditions
    The mirror worked fine until a heavy snowfall. The heating element couldn't cope, making visibility difficult.

    Perfect
    Looks just like the original, my 2017 Kia Rio is black. I took the old one off, unplugged the wiring harness, plugged the new one in and put the screws back in. Worked perfect! Directions would've been nice but it was simple. 2 day shipping made it even better.
