    Good Replacement, Nothing Fancy
    It's not flashy but it works! My hood stays up again, which is exactly what I needed, though it feels slightly lighter than the original one.

    works fine but could be sturdier
    It's doing the job for now, but it doesn't feel as durable as I'd hoped. For the price, though, I can't complain too much, but we'll see how long it lasts.

    No more hood slamming!
    Finally my hood doesn’t slam shut anymore. I was worried it might be a hassle, but this was a quick fix. Hood stays up solid now, no issues at all.
