Bag
Luckily, there was no rain, so I don't know how good it resists the water. Just in case, all the goods were packed in ziplock bags. Good price and fit. Good that it will work even without vehicle roof rack, just using car clips.

Rightline Gear Car Top Carrier Bag
The carrier bag had room for 6 adults luggage for a long Labor Day weekend getaway. It did not flap or buzz or make any annoying sounds. Extremely good value for the quality.

Top Carrier Bag
The top looks fine, works very well, the under pad needs to be same size as the top you order.

Cargo Saddlebag
The saddlebag looks slick, my kids refer to it as a car backpack. It is extremely easy to install and while ordering, the hooks needed for use without a roofrack were recommended. The frame for the saddlebag creates the perfect sturdiness for whatever you might be packing. I highly recommend this product for travel storage.

Awesome Product!
Tough and durable. Drove to/from OBX NC from Maryland loaded and unloaded every day at the beach. Never had any problems, kept everything dry in a heavy downpour. Mounts easily enough, just be patient to get it right and tight.
