Romik® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is not transferable and it supersedes all previous warranties. This warranty covers the cost of the product only; it does NOT cover the cost of removal, installation or shipping. This warranty is void if the product shows any signs of misuse, alteration; mishandling, neglect, improper care, improper installation or application. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. This warranty provides a one-time replacement on workmanship if all the above conditions are met. Romik® reserves the right to repair, and or replace defective products.

Product Maintenance:

Romik® recommends washing your products regularly with car wash soap and water. You must also protect the finish of your Romik® product with a non-abrasive carnauba wax. Please see the video on how to properly care of your Romik® products. Do not use compounds or harsh chemicals.

If you live in an area where salt or other harsh chemicals for snow and ice removal are used, you must follow this process several times per year in order to maintain proper protection. If you allow salt or any of these chemicals to stick to your Running boards or Max Bars, it will cause premature damage and can possibly void your warranty.

RAL Series Black Running Boards For Cx 5

I like the black color since a lot of the accents on my red 2016 Cx5 are black. They look sharp and natural as if they came with the vehicle. The directions did not mention the extra bracket pieces. I chose to add them to the rear brackets, which pushed the running boards up about an 1/8 inch. This worked well since without the extra bracket they were lower then the rest of the boards leaving an air space between car and the boards. YouTube directions for the Cx5 plus the included photographs were very helpful. The option 2 for the rear was a little tricky, but I improvised by first feeding a stiffer wire through the holes then a soft wire attached to it, then I taped the software to the bolt threads before pulling it through.

Perfect Fit

Looks like they belong on the vehicle! Dealership installed. Looks like they just removed the plastic panel and the hole for installation are already there.

The board looking good. But the installation is a little tricky. It took me 4 hours and rear bracket screws was a little short. Hopefully it will hold up

Easy to install and great quality. My only issue was the Romik logo metal stickers had fallen off during shipping and were stuck to the packing plastic. This made them unusable for brand recognition.

Delivered without any problems. Installed in less than an hour, no drilling, everything fit perfect, instructions where easy to read well look at and follow the pictures. Better than the dealer offered accessorizes which were composite and more expensive way more.

2018 Dodge Durango GT

So, I bought 4 other brand running boards that claim they fit the GT model but they didn’t. These Romik running boards are the only boards that fit the GT Durango. Took me an hour to install them and they look amazing.

So Far So Good

Pretty solid bars with easier installation than most of the reviews I read (but the instructions were pretty bad though). The cutting of the plastic underneath doesn't have to follow the video given on the website. I actually got better cuts on mine that helped preserve the barrier better. The most disappointing part was the paint on the mounting brackets. It was thin and chipped of excessively during shipping. I haven't seen OEM bars but these could definitely give them a run for their. At this point, I would purchase from them again.
