LIFETIME STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY WARRANTY:
The best warranty is one that you never have to use. Royalty Core takes great precaution to prevent negative issues for its customers. Royalty Core warrants that all products are free of structural and manufacturing defects in materials if used under normal and intended use as expressed in this warranty. Each product is carefully controlled to insure quality you can count on.
FINISH WARRANTY:
Royalty Core finishes are superior, however please take extra precaution and care. Royalty Core powder coated, painted, polished, or chrome finishes are covered by a 1(one) year limited warranty. Royalty Core products should be cleaned with ordinary car wash soap and water. Any road salt and other caustic or harmful chemicals must be cleaned immediately after exposure. Royalty Core cannot warranty against chips or damage caused by rocks or other debris hitting your vehicle.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS:
All warranties are covered only to the original purchaser and are not transferable. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage or defects caused by misuse, improper installation, overly tighten brackets and hardware, lack of anti-seize on the stainless threads, lack of proper care, abuse, unauthorized modification, overload, fire, accident, improper storage conditions, exposure to exceptionally harsh environments and/or road conditions, or natural disasters.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
In case your Royalty Core product fails, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. The company will not be held liable for harm or injury no matter the circumstance as well as any other party for damages that result from failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: loss of profits, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use this product.
