Bill has been the liaison engineer for Chrysler's NASCAR program with Petty Enterprises as well as the manager of the company's Special Vehicle Test and Development activities. Bill founded Arrow Racing Engines in 1979. Located north of Detroit, Arrow has six engine dynamometers and does extensive testing and engine development for OEMs.
