What is covered - Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its replacement products such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. Radiators are also lifetime to the vehicle's original owner. Accessories carry the full factory warranty from date of purchase. Sherman guarantees its parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards. This warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, or a metal part develops perforation, a new part will be provided without charge. Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its North American plated chrome bumpers.

Sherman offers a 3-year warranty on all of its gas tanks and condensers.

Sherman offers a 1-year warranty on all its overseas plated chrome bumpers. This also applies to those parts, such as door handles, tailgate hardware, cooling fan motors and hydraulic struts which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of use and wear.

What is not covered - This warranty does not cover labor and other incidental cost involved in installation. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to any product failure or rust-through resulting from:
1) Accident damage;
2) Improper installation;
3) Damages during shipping;
4) Misuse, abuse or alterations in any manner;
5) Installation without proper undercoating, sealing, or painting;
6) Rust due to overtightening of the bolts on chrome bumpers resulting in cracked chrome around the bolt holes. These bumpers must be installed by hand to torque specifications.

Sherman shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts. It is strongly suggested that parts be inspected and test fitted prior to painting or undercoating. Sherman assumes no responsibility for any cost incurred in refinishing, installation or removal of a product.

Not Worth It

The hinges are not welded in place but bolted, and not adjustable. And they are not positioned in the right place so the door does not fit properly. My body shop tried every possible thing to remanufacture the door and try to get it to fit but eventually declared it a total waste of time and money. Do not buy this product, it's a waste of time.

Bittersweet

I had tried two other vendors before trying "TRUCKiD" and each time my door was delivered damaged beyond repair. I decided to go with "TRUCKiD" and this door too was damaged upon delivery. Fortunately it was only minor and the body was able to repair it with minimal effort. The buying and service part of "TRUCKiD" was second to none!! I know for a fact that they would've taken care of it had I notified them but I had no time. Definitely the go-to shop for all of your automotive needs.

Shipment

I'm highly impressed with how the product works and looks, but shipment was horrible, the door skins we're all scratched and dented in one corner by the drivers door, handle was bent 180 degrees around, but all in all your product itself is fine it was whoever delivered its fault.
