Universal Latch & Link Black Pull Down Shoulder Harness by Simpson®. Belt made from Nylon. Simpson Shoulder Harness Belts are ideal for assembling a custom harness or replacing belts in an existing harness. These shoulder belts are made of standard 3" military spec webbing. Belt adjuster mechanisms include anti-slip springs as standard issue so you stay right where you are, and latch components are drop forged alloy steel for strength and durability.
