Product Details

Intake Elbow (SDG-INTEL-6.0) by Sinister Diesel®. The Sinister Diesel 6.0L Power Stroke intake elbow replaces the restrictive stock piping on your 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty or 2003.5-2005 Excursion 6.0 with larger diameter CNC mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. The increased diameter and large radius bend prevents restriction within the intake for a noticeable increase in performance while the stronger aluminum tubing and CNC machined base plate is designed to hold higher boost levels. Finished with in eye-catching Sinister's Sinister Gray powder coat, the Sinister Diesel 6.0L Power Stroke Intake Elbow provides an upgrade over the stock plastic unit. Like all Sinister Diesel products, it was designed and pressure tested at our California headquarters and comes backed by the legendary Sinister Diesel.

Sinister Diesel® branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to specified Sinister Diesel branded products. If your Sinister Diesel product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect Sinister Diesel will repair it without charge, or replace it, at Sinister Diesel’s discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover gaskets, rubber or silicone hoses, o-rings and other wearable parts, damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

2004.5 Cummins 5.9 Sinister Diesel

I read a lot of diesel forums claiming that intake elbows and boost tubes on the 5.9 Cummins do nothing but look pretty but after purchasing this Sinister Diesel intake elbow and boost tube I am in disbelief at the gain I got. The install took about an hour and a half mostly because the original cold pipe was a pain in the butt to get out but all that aside after it was all said and done I took my truck for a cruise. I notice better low end right off the jump not too much in the middle but after I jumped on it on the freeway I went from 65 to 85 like nothing! I’m not big on hyping up shiny products and can only speak from my experiences. The only other upgrades are a MagnaFlow 5inch turbo back exhaust “no cat” and an aFe cold air intake. I would definitely recommend Sinister Diesel products and will be buying their turbo and hot pipe next. I'm a Sinister fan for life.
