    The new and improved resistor board by the standard. I would recommend after 150,000 miles it gets an upgraded version like this one 5 stars for the standard.

    Blower Motor Resistor
    The resistor was well packed and looked brand new. The resistor was very easy to install and works beautifully. I now have 4 speeds on my heater and ac instead of 2!
