Universal D-Ring Side Shackle Isolator by Steinjager®. Fits most standard 3/4" D-rings. These isolators simply slide over the D-ring eliminating the metal on metal clanking from the D-ring against the bumper. They are easily removed when the D-ring is used for winching or pulling, which is recommended.

Not Quite Army Green...
I purchased these to go with an Army Green 4Runner and overall I am very pleased with how they look. The color is slightly lighter than I had hoped, but I have no plans to change them.
