Swagman 1/2" Locking Hitch Pin With Cable
This prodock works in conjunction with my Swagman 64670 XTC 2 bike rack, securing both the hitch rack and the bicycles to the vehicle. The threaded hitch pin really secures the bike rack making it wobble free. The cable is plenty long enough to thread through both bike frame and wheels so not having to worry about wheel theft if you have quick release hubs on the bikes. This makes it worry free when stopping to site see, shop, or dine while going on biking trips. Caution when ordering however to make sure to order the correct size. The description indicated the 5/8" size pin was for 2" receivers, which my vehicle has. However, my Swagman model bike rack with the universal receiver bar made to fit both 2" & 1-1/4" receivers only accepts a 1/2" pin. I ordered the larger size and then had to exchange it for the correct size. That exchange was handled extremely well with no problems at all. They E-mailed me the return authorization and the shipping label and then sent me the correct size.
