T-Rex® 6515661 - 1-Pc Revolver Series Black Honeycomb Laser Cut Main Grille with 4 x 6" LED Light Bars

The grill itself is well made, but it has built-in bolts and either they're off a bit or the included 4mm locking washers are. I had one shear off....luckily only about an eighths inch down and after sanding the bolt a little it was fine. So, if it's feeling very hard to tighten the washers you may want to lightly sand the bolt. Also, for this price you'd think they'd include at least 1 extra washer, but no. Then, the chrome decorative bolts around the perimeter....not chrome, they're plastic. Finally, the mesh pattern has good size openings and you can see right in to the radiator...not a big deal, but it could be for some. Easy install. You tube a compatible year getting the grill removed I'd recommend. The picture of the proper way to install the TSS sensor works, I guess... Just note the angle. Then, as for the sensor, I don't know yet. My OEM emblem broke at one of the clips that are supposed to snap in, so I used a little epoxy and its still drying.

Received 3 days after order placed. Very well-packed with a ton of wrapping around the grill. Arrived with not a single scratch or hint of damage. I am confirming that this item came with the grill, the light bar, the large X emblem installed, a small X emblem included, and the wiring harness for the light bar. The wiring harness includes the switch and relay. They also include 3 extra chrome rivets and the fastening hardware. Taking the grill off the truck is very simple - anyone can do that. The hardest part of the installation is cutting out the factory grill and lining up the new grill just right. My only suggestion would be for them to have a couple close up pictures on where, exactly, you should be cutting. I used a dremel with a cutting wheel, then a sanding wheel to clean it up. Make sure you put the factory grill frame on a soft surface with some towels to prevent scratches. Anyone can do this if you have the right tools and be patient. Helps a bunch if you have a second person line up the grill just right as you drill the holes and fasten the new grill to the factory grill frame. The grill itself is very nice, extremely pleased with the quality, and the light bar is very bright. It gets pitch black out in BLM land and this thing helps a bunch.

I really like the T-Rex grill in my Tacoma, it gives it a completely different look. And it was very easy to install.

The product fits perfectly, looks great and installs really with one gotcha. Mine came factory assembled backwards wherein the lower mounting bracket was attached upside down. I did the whole install until I realized it was about an inch too high to fasten. Taking the lower bracket off and fixing it resulted in stripping one of the mounting posts which was too weakly attached to rethread with my die. I ended up using jb weld on that one post.

The grille was perfect and on time.

The grill looks sick, the light bar is bright as hell, overall its awesome. Installation isn't too too bad. I'm not much of an auto tech and used the videos on the manufacturers website to sort of guide me through it and I managed to get everything installed. The installation is a little nerve racking but the grille mad the whole truck. It is a very well made piece. It is a big eye catcher.

High quality replacement grille for F350. Much less expensive than the dealer and looks better. High quality and relatively simple replacement but the modifications to your grille surround isn't reversible. Was very pleasantly surprised how bright the light bar is, turn it on and you can go fast enough to overdrive the lights, very bright considering it is a single row of lights. The wiring harness is very good quality with waterproof connectors. This is the grille to go with if you want a subtle, better than stock look. It's also well built (and metal) so I doubt if the next bird strike will do any damage like it did to the factory plastic POS. Very pleased with the purchase.

Quality of product is outstanding, installation was about 2-1/2 hrs from start to finish including all light bar connections and toggle switch mounting. The only gripe I have is they should have supplied a filler piece for the top edge of grill, but still looks awesome! The illumination of light is incredible. Well worth the price, don't settle for other cheap imitations that are out there.
