Product Details

Front CV Driveshaft by TeraFlex®. The TeraFlex high angle Rzeppa CV driveline combines the smooth torque transfer of a true CV joint with the high angle misalignment of a traditional u-joint. The 2-3/8” carbon steel tubing is laser welded for precision construction to reduce harmonic vibration and further refines high RPM dynamics. The driveline is zeroed out during final assembly to provide a true centric assembly that does not require additional weights to balance. The innovative features address all of the previous shortcomings found in the factory style driveline, without sacrificing the benefits. This unique Rzeppa Joint and high angle boot are designed with the extreme angles associated with larger lift heights in mind. Unlike a U-joint style driveline, the Rzeppa joint does not experience a significant loss in strength due to high angles. This is especially important on JKs with 3 or more inches of lift.
