Thermo-Tec products are warranted to the original buyer only, against defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of first sale by seller, and of which seller is notified in writing within one (1) year of the date of delivery to the buyer. It supersedes all prior or current oral or written negotiations, proposals, brochures, circulars, and communications with respect thereto.
